📣 Spent this morning speaking with high school students about teen nutrition.

A short quiz to get the conversation started and we dove into basic nutrition, protein needs, pre and post athletic events snacks to getting ready for college. These awesome high school students are now aware of getting their nutrition information from qualified sources such as Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. 👍🏼

💐 It’s spring. Love this season for cool mornings and warm days and berries. It is berry season.

🍓🫐 Berries show up in all meals for me. Starting today with a delicious breakfast. Cottage cheese, pear and raspberries sprinkled with cinnamon. Yum. 😋
