Some days, “have a good day” feels like too much.

In palliative care, we understand that not every day is a good one — and that’s okay. Sometimes the goal isn’t to thrive, it’s simply to get up, get dressed, take your medications, nourish your body, and make it through. There is STRENGTH in “just having a day”.
