We ensure that each of our patients is well-informed about their device, including how to maintain it, put it on, and adjust to wearing it comfortably.

Established in 1976, our orthotic and prosthetic facility offers a range of services including custom foot orthotics, ankle foot orthoses (AFOs), knee ankle foot orthoses (KAFOs), prostheses, and more.

Our team comprises Joshua James (BOCPO, CP, RILPO), Collin Wessman (CPO), and our patient administrative care team.

Collin Wessman holds the Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO) credential from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC). CPOs are skilled professionals trained in orthosis and prosthesis fabrication and fitting, as well as patient care management.

Joshua James is a Board Certified Orthotist/Prosthetist, specializing in C-Leg/X3 Genium/Helix Hip, Orthotronic Mobility Systems, Harmony Vacuum Systems, EMS sockets, and more. He also teaches at the URI Physical Therapy Program's Orthotics & Prosthetics lecture series for graduate students, serves on the Board of the RI Department of Health for Orthotic and Prosthetic licensure, and regularly conducts educational lectures for healthcare professionals.
