Hey there!
I wanted to gauge interest in a Nutrition Foundations Master Class I’m looking to lead in May.
This will be held in the Toledo Area, but with enough interest I could come up with a virtual option as well. Maybe you’re interested in improving your eating habits, getting a deeper knowledge of what all those fancy words mean, or maybe you’re interested in 1:1 coaching but not ready to take the jump yet.

It would be a small cost (no more than $25/person) to help cover the needed space and likely yummy snacks to have while we chat.

As many of you know I am a small business owner and nutrition coach and am getting ready to take my national certification exam to become a practicing RDN as well! I already hold my bachelors and masters in Nutrition and Dietetics and love getting real nutrition education to those who need it and helping them avoid misinformation that is spread everywhere nowadays!

Come with me on an internship day in the private practice realm!
I spent time with a dietitian who runs her own business in Findlay and got to see client calls, help make mock ups for some upcoming events she’s throwing, collaborative meetings, and pick her brain over coffee!
I think I’m pretty sold on private practice after seeing how in control of your day you can be!
was so great and answered all my questions!
