If the scale has not moved yet, please do not assume nothing is happening.
Sometimes your body starts shifting through energy, cravings, sleep, and waistline first.

Halfway through the year is a good time to get honest, not discouraged. Save this if you needed the reminder today.

Warmly, Linda

It’s June already.
And you may still be pushing through exhaustion like it is just part of life.

You get up tired. You move through the day tired. You tell yourself you will deal with it when things calm down.

But things rarely calm down on their own.

Summer brings longer days, later meals, more gatherings, more heat, more caregiving, more people needing something from you.

And somewhere in all of that, you keep asking your body to perform without giving it a steady place to land.

What if your exhaustion is not a character flaw? What if it is information?

Your body may not need you to push harder in June. It may need you to pause long enough to notice the pattern.

One steady meal. That’s enough to begin noticing the pattern.

Steady beats strict every time.

What is one thing your body has been trying to tell you lately?

Warmly, Linda

You can tell a lot about a woman's health by what Monday morning feels like.

If weekends erase your progress…
If cravings spiral at night…
If "starting over" has become your default setting…

You don't have a motivation problem.
You have a rhythm problem.

And they are not the same thing.

Motivation is real. But it fades when you're tired, when life piles up and when results don't show up fast enough.

Rhythm doesn't fade because it doesn't rely on how you feel.

Here's what the Monday restart cycle is actually telling you:
Your week has no stable anchor.
So your body resets to survival mode every 48–72 hours.
And survival mode stores fat, spikes cravings, and kills energy.

This is not a character flaw.
This is biology responding to instability.

The women I work with who finally break the restart cycle don't do it by finding more motivation.

They do it by finding two or three things their body can count on every single day.

A consistent first meal time.
A wind-down signal before bed.
A stable anchor mid-afternoon before the crash hits.

That's what stops the Monday reset.

If your week keeps starting over in the same place, the problem isn't you.

It's the missing anchor.
Let's find it together.

Comment "RHYTHM" or send me a message and I'll help you identify exactly where your week is breaking.

Every few months, the medication dose goes up.
And somehow your energy gets worse.

That’s the part a lot of women over 40 can’t make sense of.

The labs say one thing.
Your body says another.

So you leave the appointment with a higher prescription, try harder for two weeks, then end up right back where you started: tired at 3 PM, hungry at night, frustrated with your body, wondering why nothing seems to work anymore.

I don’t think most women in this situation are lazy.
I think they’re stuck inside patterns nobody helped them connect.

A rushed breakfast or no breakfast at all. Coffee carrying the morning. Long gaps between meals. Poor sleep that quietly changes hunger and cravings the next day. Stress sitting in the body for so long that “feeling tired” starts feeling normal.

Then the body adapts to survival instead of recovery.

And yes, medication matters. Some women genuinely need it. Ignoring that would be irresponsible. But medication manages numbers. It doesn’t rebuild the day-to-day patterns that created the exhaustion in the first place.

That’s the missing conversation.

Because when we finally look at the whole picture, meals, stress, sleep, blood sugar swings, energy crashes, late-night cravings, recovery, women usually stop blaming themselves first.

Then the body starts responding.

You have better energy, fewer cravings, more stable days and abs moving in the right direction because the system underneath them is changing too.

If you’re doing “everything right” and still not feeling like yourself, I don’t think the problem is effort.

I know something important is being missed.
Send me a message if you want to figure out where your pattern is breaking.

Most women over 40 aren’t failing because they “lack discipline.”
That explanation falls apart the second you actually look at their day.

She wakes up tired after six hours of broken sleep. Skips breakfast because mornings are chaos. Drinks coffee on an empty stomach. Eats something quick at 2 PM because meetings ran over. Crashes around 4. Craves sugar at night. Promises herself she’ll “start fresh Monday.”

Then blames herself when the weight doesn’t move.
That’s the part I think the wellness industry gets wrong.

It keeps treating women over 40 like the problem is motivation. Another meal plan. Another calorie target.

Another “just stay consistent.”

Meanwhile her body is reacting to stress, poor sleep, unstable blood sugar, missed meals, and a nervous system that hasn’t relaxed in months.

Of course the body holds on to weight.
And yes, some women do need to eat differently after 40. Hormones change. Muscle mass changes.

Recovery changes. Pretending otherwise doesn’t help anyone. But I don’t think the answer is obsession and restriction either. I think most women need a clearer picture of what their body is responding to every day.

That’s why I don’t start with “good foods” and “bad foods.”

I look at patterns.

What happens between waking up and lunchtime.
What her evenings look like.

Whether she’s hungry or just overstimulated.
Whether her energy crashes at the same time every afternoon.
Whether she’s actually recovering from the workouts she’s forcing herself through.

That’s usually where the answer is hiding.

Not in more discipline.
If you’ve been doing everything “right” and still feel stuck, I don’t think you’re broken.

I think you’re missing the full picture.
Drop “READY” or send me a message.

The hardest part isn’t the weight.

It’s doing everything right…
and still not feeling better.

You try to eat better
You try to stay consistent
You tell yourself “this week will be different”

But your body doesn’t hold.

Energy drops
Cravings take over
And nothing feels steady

That’s the real problem.

Not effort.
Not motivation.
Stability.

That’s what I walk through in the masterclass replay.

The part most women miss.
And the first shift that actually starts to change things.

Missed the masterclass?
You can still get the replay.

Then this is the part you need to hear.

If your day looks like this…
You start strong

By afternoon… you’re tired
By evening… it slips

And by Monday… you’re starting over again

That’s not random.
That’s a pattern.

And if it doesn’t get corrected…
you’ll still be here 3 months from now.

Same effort.
Same frustration.

I break this down in the replay.

Not everything.
Just the part that’s actually keeping you stuck.

Reply REPLAY and I’ll send it.

Mother’s Day can hold a lot of emotions.

Joy. Gratitude. Love.
But also exhaustion.

So many women spend years caring for everyone else…
while quietly ignoring the signals from their own body.

The fatigue.
The cravings.
The weight that will not budge.
The feeling of always “starting over Monday.”

I just want to remind you today:

Your health matters too.

Not in a perfection way.
Not in a pressure way.

In a real-life way.

You deserve steady energy.
You deserve to feel lighter.
You deserve support.

And sometimes the most loving thing a woman can do…
is finally put herself back on her own list.

Happy Mother’s Day to every woman carrying a lot right now.

Warmly,
Linda

I don’t eat like this every day.

But I also don’t panic when I do.

That’s the difference.

Most women I talk to are doing “everything right”…
and still feel stuck.

Not because they messed up.

Because their 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆.

Afternoon crash.
Night cravings.
Start over Monday.

That cycle?

That’s what keeps the weight the same.

Not this.

Not one meal.

Not one moment.

Inside my session this week, I’m breaking down:

• why your energy keeps dropping
• why cravings keep showing up
• what to fix first so your body responds

You don’t need more rules.

You need stability.
