Just a little Memorial Day reminder, as we welcome the beginning of summer days.

We don’t have to fill every second to make it feel meaningful.

Your body has been asking you to slow down lately… and maybe this is your reminder.

Stress sits in the body longer than we realize. Constant stimulation, rushing, overthinking, carrying way too much, eventually your nervous system starts asking for a reset.

Reiki is one of my favorite ways to reconnect, ground, and simply breathe again. Reiki can help you realign and gain clarity.
