It's the day after our largest-ever Summer Solstice 8K! ☀️

Wow, last night was absolutely electric! We LOVED seeing so many of our 559 amazing runners - a new registration record for us! The race kicked off in bright sunshine and the party got going as the sun set and the stage lights came on. RAK Brewing and the Milk Mountain Band made the celebration super-special.

Afterward, look for them in the MedStar Health Recovery Zone, located in the Celebration Area. Designed to help you recharge and refresh, the Recovery Zone will feature massage tables, zero-gravity chairs, Normatec compression sleeves, ice packs, and cold towels.
