We’re expanding our equipment side of the gym AND adding 7 NEW machines soon! From a new Smith Machine, to a lat pulldown, plate-loaded chest machine, and more 🔥

We’re moving equipment around to make more room, improve the layout, and bring you even better workouts.

We can’t wait for you guys to see the upgrades coming soon 👊

We’re selling some of our used (but well taken care of) equipment:

Boxing bags
Steps + risers

Everything has been used in our gym but still in good condition and ready for its next home 💪

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing moms in our gym family. 💐

This gym is filled with women in every season of motherhood - moms with babies, toddlers, teenagers, grown kids, and even grandbabies- all showing up and putting in the work every day.

Between busy schedules, work, family life, and taking care of everyone else, you still make time to take care of yourselves too. The strength, encouragement, and community you bring into this gym is what makes it so special.

Also… this picture is from 2023 because apparently we’ve all been too busy running the gym, working out, and surviving life to take updated photos together 😂 We definitely need to do better about that.

We’re grateful for every single one of you and proud to have a gym full of strong women setting an example for their families every day. 💛

This is why it is soooooo IMPORTANT for every parent to do EVERYTHING possible to take care of themselves. Leave every excuse and possible reason aside and go workout. Anything is better than nothing. What a beautiful example and legacy to leave for our kids and generations to come. Parents, walk the walk!!!
