New season, new studio.

Beginning October 5, 2026 I am moving my little traveling yoga operation to Starlit Shadows (formerly Positive Practice) in uptown Kellogg (211 Main St.).

Class schedule:
Mondays 5:30-6:30 PM. Vinyasa yoga
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 AM. Morning flow
Thursdays 5:30-6:30 PM. Kundalini yoga

Classes will be $10/ class. Payable cash, venmo, or cash app. I will have QR codes printed at shop. If finances are a barrier just let me know and we will make it work for you, no worries.
