These world-class institutions have brought Sheri excellent technical skills, knowledge and patient rapport from high volume, prestigious practices, critical in a medical professional’s ability in managing patient care at every level. Sheri is well versed with injectable facial fillers and Botox, as well as multiple laser treatments, of which she hopes to expand to in the near future. Sheri started Allure Rejuvenation Center as a place where women and men can call upon to enhance their beauty in a relaxing, beautiful and professional environment. A defined jawline isn't only about age. Some of us were born with a softer jawline or a recessed chin. Others slowly lose the structure they had. The jawbone recedes, the angle softens, and the whole lower face looks less defined.

So many people focus all their treatments into the face and forget the neck.

And even if you are someone who remembers the neck, here’s the truth - the neck is harder to treat than the face because it is in near constant motion. This AI-generated video shows it beautifully. You can actually see the way the muscles move and tug at the skin, which is why those vertical bands form.

Hands down, the most common complaint I hear in aesthetics is, “My Botox wears off so quickly.”

Most of the time there’s a reason, and it’s something we can work with.

The big ones:

⚡ Your metabolism. If your body burns energy fast, it can break down tox fast too. Lots of cardio and intense training can shorten how long it holds.

💪 Muscle strength. Strong, busy muscles bounce back quicker. If you’re a big squinter or furrow-er, those areas usually need a little extra attention.

💧 How it was dosed. Tox comes as a powder and gets mixed with saline before I inject it. That part’s normal. But if it’s mixed too thin or dosed too light, it can look great for two weeks and then fade early. You deserve to know exactly what you’re getting.

🎯 Where it goes. Placement, depth, and how many units land in each muscle make a real difference. A lot of “it didn’t last” comes down to the plan, not your body.

🔬 Zinc. Tox actually needs zinc to work, and researchers are looking into whether low levels affect how long it lasts for some people. Early science, but I love talking through it.

🧬 And yes, real resistance is a thing. Real but rare. After years of frequent, high-dose tox, some people build up antibodies that blunt the effect. If that’s you, you’re not out of options.
