The Green House® Cottages provides short-term rehabilitation and extended skilled nursing care for elders and families in our community, with a model centered around comfort, dignity, privacy and individualized care.

Each cottage features 12 spacious private bedrooms with private bathrooms, along with a state-of-the-art kitchen, full-time chef, laundry service and 24/7 care. Their approach is designed to create a more home-like environment while supporting the medical, physical and emotional needs of those they serve.

The Green House® Cottages of Walnut Ridge has also earned a Five-Star Quality Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
