π "But their labs were normal."
π "They'll grow out of it."
π "It's probably just anxiety."
π "Kids are resilient."
As a pediatric nurse practitioner, some of the hardest conversations I have are with parents who knew something wasn't right long before anyone had answers.
The child who suddenly became anxious.
The child whose stomach hurt every day.
The child who couldn't focus, couldn't sleep, or wasn't acting like themselves anymore.
Sometimes parents need someone to say:
π "I believe you."
Because while not every symptom has a simple explanation, every child deserves to be heard.
Have you ever had a moment when you knew something was wrong before anyone else saw it?
