The Massachusetts Medical Society Alliance is active, growing, and moving forward.

We are currently working to strengthen our visibility and renew our presence so that our work, programs, and purpose are better known throughout the medical community and beyond.

We are also resolving a few technical issues with our Facebook presence and will be back here more actively very soon.

In the meantime, the Alliance is very much in business — developing projects, building partnerships, welcoming new members, and doing meaningful work in our communities.

Stay tuned. There is much more to come from the MMS Alliance!

A big thank you to Dr. Ashish K. Jha, Coordinator of the White House COVID-19 Response Team, for a great Opening Keynote and Q&A to start off the conference!

“We the medical community, the public health community, we do find ourselves at a moment where the workforce is burnt out,” said Jha said. “But it is also an opportunity for us to reimagine really critical things, like the relationship between public health and medicine, the role of innovation, the role of physician engagement with the public. And I think if we lean on those things, we can actually emerge from this pandemic much stronger, but that’s the work in front of us. Pandemics have this profound ability to change societies, but how they change societies is determined by us."
