I absolutely love teaching outside with fresh air, warm sun, and the sound of the birds. It lights me up. What a beautiful spot to lead a yoga class this weekend. We are thinking to squeeze one more class in for September. 💚🌊🌞

That time of year ☀️😊🌊😍 yesterday I led poolside sunrise yoga at Lifetime in Garden City, and a private session poolside. I just love when we can be outside in the natural light, fresh air, and hear the sounds of the birds. It's so helpful for our circadian rhythm and nervous system.

Sharing yoga with the youth 🧘‍♀️🙏 wow 3 sessions of over 200 kids each 🤣 that's a new record for me. I loved seeing how receptive they were and how much they already knew. We worked on movement, breath, and meditation, incorporating skills to use day to day to feel calm.

May classes + a new Yoga Nidra meditation are now up!

This month’s practices are centered around breath, nervous system support, rest, and reconnecting with some of the quieter parts of yoga.

This month’s Saturday's classes in Massapequa include:
• Come Back to the Breath (pranayama, bandhas, and meditation)
• Full Primary Series
• Mysore Class
• Gentle Ashtanga & Restorative Integration

I’ve also been slowly refreshing my website behind the scenes with updated photos, colors, and class info, and it’s finally starting to feel more aligned with this next season!

I love being part of the Nassau Suffolk Autism Society yoga program! Here we are at our monthly family yoga class this past weekend.

Every week we have classes funded by NSASA so their members can access these tools. Weekly hybrid yoga class for caregivers, weekly virtual family yoga, and our monthly family yoga in person event.
