Seeking office intake position to support our field marketers . The ideal person will have understanding of Homecare services provided through lisenced agency . Position will assist with MLTC enrollment, guiding families through onboarding process and interacting with DSS ( Naussau and Suffolk ). This is great opportunity for individual with Homecare background to grow in the field . Reliance also has opportunity for care coordinator. This is flex job assisting current coordinators with case loads . Job includes staffing current cases and new cases brought on through intake . Ideal candidate has care coordinator background . We also have remote oncall positions, this job is fully remote receiving all calls after hours . Care coordinating background is helpful for oncall position .
