OCTOBER AT D2H WELLNESS
Fall is here, and October is bringing a lot of movement to D2H Wellness.
This month, we are getting out into the community, continuing to grow as a team, and preparing to welcome acupuncture into the space beginning in November.
Our goal continues to be simple: give our clients more ways to recover, move well, and keep doing what they love.
COMING NOVEMBER 1:
SANABRI ACUPUNCTURE
We are excited to welcome Sanabri Acupuncture to the D2H Wellness space beginning November 1st.
Sanabri’s approach is centered around thoughtful, personalized acupuncture and whole-body care. Their services include support for chronic and acute pain, tension and strain, sleep quality, fatigue, and recovery, all of which fit naturally into the recovery-focused environment we are continuing to build at D2H.
Each treatment is individualized, with an emphasis on looking at patterns in the body instead of only focusing on isolated symptoms.
For our clients, this means another tool in the recovery toolbox.
Massage, mobility, movement, and now acupuncture can work together to support how your body feels, moves, and recovers.
Sanabri Acupuncture officially joins D2H Wellness November 1st.
GEOFFREY’S CORNER
Geoffrey has continued building his experience working with athletes through opportunities at West Point.
At the end of the summer, he worked with the Women’s Soccer Team and has since started working with members of the Men’s Football Team.
That experience has helped him continue refining his approach to sports massage and recovery.
He has also been incorporating more PNF techniques into his sessions. PNF combines stretching with muscular contractions to help improve mobility and range of motion.
If you train regularly, play sports, lift, run, or want a session with a strong recovery focus, Geoffrey is a great option at D2H Wellness.
STEPHANIE’S CORNER
Stephanie recently reached an exciting professional milestone by taking her massage therapy boards.
What stands out even more is how much she wants to keep learning. She is actively building her skills, asking questions, and looking for every opportunity to grow as a therapist.
Next weekend, she will be training with Hope in prenatal massage, continuing to expand the types of clients she can confidently support.
That curiosity and drive to keep learning is exactly what we value at D2H Wellness.
This month, she will also be representing D2H Wellness at Pickleball for the Cure on October 11th.
PICKLEBALL FOR THE CURE
OCTOBER 11
D2H Wellness will be at Pickleball for the Cure on October 11th.
Stephanie will be there offering massage to participants, and we will also have pickleballs available at the D2H table.
Pickleball involves quick changes of direction, rotation, balance, acceleration, and repeated movement through the hips, shoulders, legs, and spine.
That means recovery matters.
If you are attending, stop by the D2H Wellness table, meet Stephanie, grab a pickleball, and give your body a little recovery time between games.

MORE WAYS TO RECOVER
D2H Wellness is continuing to grow into a space where clients have options.
Different therapists bring different strengths, experiences, and approaches to the table, but the goal stays the same: provide thoughtful care that helps you recover, move well, and keep doing the things you love.
You do not have to wait for one specific therapist to become available.
Geoffrey, Stephanie, and Hope are all part of the D2H Wellness team, and each brings something different to your recovery.
Feel better. Move better. Live better.
