You gotta feel it to heal it❤️
I spent years running from any kind of emotions. I didn’t want to feel anything. Numb was a way of life. I thought I was safer that way.
Come to find out that couldn’t be further from the truth. The only way out is in.
I had to do the work. I had to feel the feelings. I had to get messy and dig deep and really look at all the shadow sides of myself.
Healing isn’t linear. Healing is messy and painful and ugly and beautiful and wonderful and freeing.
But we gotta do the work.
