The pressure point located between the nose and the upper lip is called the Renzhong (GV26).
In acupressure, it is believed to help curb cravings, control hunger, and reduce stress-induced eating.
How to use it:
Locate the point in the indentation (philtrum) directly below the nose and just above the upper lip.
Apply firm, upward pressure using your index finger in circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes.
Repeat this twice a day or whenever you feel an intense craving.
