Self-care doesn’t have to feel like a chore. 💙
Self-care is morally neutral. There’s nothing wrong with making something that feels daunting on a hard day fun, easy, or even a little weird if it helps you actually do it.
This week, while planning my meal prep and workouts with 🏋🏼‍♀️KT Anderson at At My Best Fitness Collective👟, I had fun wandering HomeGoods looking for freeze-dried, non-processed snacks with new flavors and textures to keep my brain interested. I also put my entire morning gym routine on a slider task chart so I get that little dopamine hit every time I finish a set. ✅🧠
You can do the exact same thing with your skincare🧖🏽‍♀️.
Who says your cleanser has to live in the bathroom?
