is a community-recognized holiday that highlights consensual adult kink practices by promoting healthy, informed, and ethical B**M dynamics.

Why does this matter? 🧐

For many, the day helps:
- Normalize conversations about consent
- Reduce stigma around adult kink
- Promote safer practices
- Encourage self-awareness and boundaries

It aligns closely with s*x education values around choice, respect, and communication.

If you enjoy giving/receiving a smack across the bottom, today is a good day to honor that. Remember that informed consent is the only safe way to play. Aug8th

Let's start off with some Myth vs. Fact!

🄜: Everyone or***ms easily during s*x.

🄕: Some people or**sm quickly, while others need time to feel relaxed and aroused. Many need specific types of stimulation, such as external touch, rhythm, pressure, or pacing that works for their body.

For some, or**sm is closely tied to emotional safety, trust, and comfort, not just physical sensation.

International Fe**om Day.

What Fe**om Is:
A consensual power exchange where the dominant partner leads, directs, or controls aspects of the s*xual experience.
It can be s*xual, psychological, emotional, or structural (rules, rituals, authority).
Consent, communication, and boundaries are central to a healthy dynamic.

What Fe**om Can Look Like:
Fe**om isn’t one-size-fits-all. Examples include:

🥀 Verbal dominance (commands, praise, or consensual humiliation)
🥀 Physical dominance (restraint, positioning, impact play)
🥀 Role-play scenarios (authority figures, service dynamics)
🥀 Control over or**sm, clothing, posture, or tasks
🥀 Financial or lifestyle elements (when consensual and negotiated)

Explore and Enjoy.

It's National N**e Day 🫥

If you are already clothes-averse, you enjoy your day... It's likely the same as most days lol.

If you still struggle with accepting the beauty in your body and being n**e is scary for you, start a timer and just sit in your nakedness for a set amount of time. Add more minutes every time to help you ease into your comfort zone.

Every human body is constantly evolving, and each body takes a different path to do that. Be on your path. Be you.

On July 4th, 1777, America lit fireworks and fired cannons to celebrate its official Independence Day, following the adoption of the Declaration of Independence in the previous year.

In the midst of these celebrations, Black Americans were not free.

America would celebrate its independence for 88 more years under the demented hand of slavery before Black Americans could taste the stagnant waters of freedom.

On June 19th, 1865, Union soldiers arrived in Galveston to alert the last enslaved people in the last town at the very tip of Texas that slavery had been abolished. They were legally and finally free following the end of the Civil War. It took the soldiers two months to make the journey that commemorated this cultural celebration.

What started in Galveston, Texas, has spread nationwide, with communities across the US celebrating freedom in Blackness. How will you celebrate this Independence Day? ✊🏿

It's Mental Health Awareness Month. Here are some resources you can use when life gets overwhelming:

1. Use National & State Resource Finders
✅ SAMHSA Treatment Locator
Search by ZIP or state for counselors, clinics, and support programs.
✅ Mental Health America (MHA)
Provides state-by-state guides and screening tools.

2. Contact Your State’s Mental Health Department
Every state has a behavioral/mental health agency with lists of:
Providers who accept insurance
Sliding-scale clinics
Crisis services
Search: “your state + mental health services” or go to your State Health Department site.

3. Check Your Insurance Provider
Your health insurance plan’s website will list in-network therapists and psychiatrists by:
Zip code
Specialties (anxiety, depression, trauma)
Gender preference
This can reduce out-of-pocket costs.

4. Use Online Therapy Platforms
Platforms like:
BetterHelp
Talkspace
let you filter by gender, issue, and availability — and can be more accessible if in-person care is limited.

5. Explore Community & University Clinics
Local nonprofits, universities, and training clinics often offer:
Low-cost counseling
Support groups
Workshops
Search term ideas:
“community mental health + your city”
“college counseling center + your state”

6. Look for Men-Focused Programs
Some organizations focus specifically on men’s mental health (addressing stigma, emotional expression, etc.). Examples include:
Man Therapy
Movember mental health resources
(If you tell me your state, I can find specific localized programs/contacts.)

7. Utilize Crisis Support Lines
For immediate support — anywhere in the U.S.:
📍 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline
Just dial 988 — free, confidential, 24/7.
Non-crisis support lines (such as veterans' or specialized communities) offer similar services.

8. Ask Trusted People
Talking with:
A primary care doctor
A friend/family member
A spiritual leader
can help you get referrals and support, especially if it feels overwhelming to search alone.
