strength in the hips, back and core improves stability and helps minimize our chance of falling.

BETTER COGNITIVE FUNCTION🧠
strength training increases blood flow to the brain and triggers the release of chemicals the support the growth of new neurons and strengthen connections between brain cells.

JOINT SUPPORT 🏋🏻‍♀️
stronger muscles around a joint help absorb load (weight) and reduce strain, which can also ease pain.

BELIEVE IN YOUR OWN CAPABILITY…showing up consistently gives you more confidence and resilience, and when you do hard things you prove to yourself that you’re stronger than you think!

Yes, Zumba is certainly a fun way to exercise…but the hidden 💎 is the way a Zumba class makes you feel internally. 💞
During my 20 years of teaching Zumba many have shared with me how it helped them navigate through a stressful situation, gave them a healthy distraction, something to look forward to, happiness and joy…and of course good health!
One class offers this and so much more! It offers a safe space to express yourself in a judgement free zone with a community of likeminded individuals of all ages and abilities…and a place where lasting friendships have been created. 👯👯‍♀️ How blessed I am to have a part in all that! 🙏🏼✨
