May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I'd to offer a different perspective.

So many people are trying to “fix” themselves when their mind has simply never had a moment to quiet.

When was the last time you walked in nature barefoot-alone? Or sat with the sun on your face and smiled in the quiet. There are so many options, yet we live in a world that says 'go go go; now now now' and forget about honoring ourselves.

If you're one of those people nodding your head- feeling like you can never catch a break, that there is no time, Access Bars is one way I support people in creating that space and finding that quiet.
