Let the Movement Be The Medicine!
In these 2-hour Virtual gatherings, members will learn and practice Qi gong moving meditations, and honor the natural cycles of our human experience. Wisdom of Qi Gong and developmental psychology will infuse a series of gentle meditations. Time will be given for personal reflection, and ways to develop a personal practice thereby increasing emotional balance.

Future Seasonal Dates will be announced at Spring Session.
Supporting materials given prior to & following meetings.
