We are fully aware when our bodies hurt or don't feel good...BUT have you ever been taught WHY?
Have you ever been taught what foods trigger it based on your blood type?? Have you ever had someone to give you unlimited time and to train you on how to listen to your body and what herb works best for what you have going on??
Thats what I love to do! I love to teach! I teach classes when asked and at churches. I can teach you how to prepare good food and I can teach you about herbs!
Let's get started! Message me for a FREE appt!
