Our next Sound Bath at Zenhorse is coming up on Friday, June 26, and I wanted to personally invite you to join us.

Whether you’ve been to one before or have been thinking, “Maybe I should try that someday,” this is your sign. 😊 Come as you are and allow yourself a little time to rest, receive, and simply be.
One of my favorite things about these evenings is the sense of community that unfolds. There is no pressure to be anything other than exactly who you are. Come tired. Come curious. Come joyful. Come exactly as you are.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you get cozy, and we’ll take care of the rest.
