Something nourishing is coming this July.
I’m excited to officially share a new wellness collaboration with Kevin Donelan Seventh Heaven Farms He is a Farmer, wellness advocate and small farm owner! This is a picture of us as he attended my class last week The Main Street Wellness Co.

Beginning this summer, we’ll be bringing together seasonal ingredients, simple nourishment, local farming, and real-life wellness through a new cooking and education series centered around fresh foods from our local farmers market community.

This series will focus on:
Seasonal meals
Simple nourishing recipes
Midlife wellness support
Farm fresh ingredients
Herbs, flowers, and natural living
Learning how to build balanced meals in a realistic and approachable way.

More details are coming soon, including dates, featured ingredients, and how you can join us.

This partnership reflects so much of what I believe wellness should be: community-centered, nourishing, seasonal, and connected to real food.
July is going to be beautiful.

So many people are starting semaglutide and other GLP-1 medications without truly understanding how to nourish and support their body along the way.

And honestly, this is one of the biggest gaps I’m seeing right now.

Many individuals are struggling with:
• low appetite
• not eating enough protein
• digestion concerns
• fatigue and low energy
• hydration issues
• muscle-support concerns
• and trying to build healthy habits while their body is changing

This is why I decided to host this free educational webinar.

On Wednesday, June 24th at 7:00 PM, I’ll be teaching about:
• balanced nourishment while using GLP-1 medications
• protein and hydration support
• digestive wellness
• realistic meal and lifestyle habits
• what many people overlook during this journey
• and how to support long-term wellness instead of only focusing on the scale

This conversation is especially important for midlife women, individuals navigating hormonal changes, and anyone wanting a more realistic and sustainable approach to wellness.

This webinar is educational, supportive, and judgment-free.

If you are currently using GLP-1 medications, considering them, or simply wanting to better understand how to support your body during this process, I would love for you to join me live.

People often ask me why I got into nutrition and wellness.

Truthfully, it started very personally.

Growing up, I watched many people in my family struggle with their health, especially diabetes and chronic illness. I watched my grandparents suffer, and as I got older, I started realizing how much our lifestyle, stress, nourishment, habits, and environment truly impact the body over time.

At the same time, my own health journey looked different.

I was always the very skinny kid. I struggled with gaining weight, nourishment, and honestly, I now realize I was missing a lot nutritionally growing up. My parents worked hard, and like many families, we relied heavily on processed and convenience foods because that’s what life looked like at the time.

As I got older, I started experiencing more symptoms within my own body, and it forced me to slow down and really begin asking deeper questions about health, nourishment, and what it actually means to support the body instead of constantly working against it.

I knew I didn’t want to continue the same cycle for myself or for my future family.

That journey is what led me into nutrition, wellness, herbalism, digestive health, and education.

Not because I had all the answers.
But because I wanted to understand.

And over the years, what I’ve learned is this:

So many people are simply lacking support, education, nourishment, and realistic wellness guidance that fits real life.

I truly believe we were created to thrive, not just survive.

That doesn’t mean perfection.
It doesn’t mean life will always be easy.
But I do believe the body deserves support, nourishment, movement, rest, education, and care.

That’s why I do what I do now.

To help people better understand their bodies.
To help women feel supported.
To educate families.
To help people build sustainable wellness habits.
And to remind others that health is not about punishment — it’s about learning how to care for yourself in a deeper and more intentional way.

I’m still learning myself every day, but I’m grateful that my own journey became part of the reason I can now support others in theirs.

In Midlife, not all nutrition is equal. We are all not the same body and we are all not having the same life experiences. When it comes to diet, nutrition and well-being, one thing is true: Personalized Wellness is the best approach.

The Midlife Nourishment Nutritional Assessment is now open.
This assessment is designed to help identify current wellness concerns, nutrition patterns, lifestyle habits, and areas of support related to midlife health, digestion, energy, stress, inflammation, and hormone balance.

Once your assessment is submitted, you will receive a follow-up email from me with two support options to choose from:
Option 1 — Personalized Nutritional Wellness Protocol | $147
A customized wellness protocol based on your assessment responses and health priorities.

Option 2 — Nutritional Consultation + Personalized Protocol | $197
Includes your customized protocol plus a 45-minute one-on-one virtual consultation with me to review your assessment, discuss recommendations, answer questions, and create supportive next steps together.
The assessment is the first step in determining the best level of support for your wellness journey.

This is a Virtual Consult :)

You can access the Midlife Nourishment Nutritional Assessment through the link in my bio.

✨ Happy Monday from Natasha’s Natural Wellness ✨

One thing I hear often from women in midlife is:
“I’m trying to eat healthier… but nothing seems to work for my body anymore.”
Midlife can bring shifts in: • hormones
• digestion
• energy
• stress response
• sleep
• inflammation
• metabolism
• appetite and cravings
And many women begin feeling frustrated because the nutrition advice that worked years ago no longer feels supportive or sustainable.
This is why I’m passionate about personalized nutrition.
Personalized nutrition means learning how to nourish your body based on: 🌿 your lifestyle
🌿 your stress levels
🌿 your digestion
🌿 your schedule
🌿 your symptoms
🌿 your hormones
🌿 your relationship with food
🌿 and your individual wellness goals
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nourishment.
Sometimes the body is not asking for restriction… Sometimes it is asking for support.

This week I’ll be sharing more about: ✨ nourishment in midlife
✨ balanced meals
✨ stress + digestion
✨ sustainable wellness habits
✨ and what true personalized nutrition can look like.

If you’ve been feeling: • exhausted
• overwhelmed with nutrition advice
• stuck with weight or inflammation
• disconnected from your body
• or unsure where to begin

You do not have to navigate it alone.
My Midlife Nourishment Consultations are designed to help women better understand their body, build foundational wellness habits, and create a more supportive and realistic approach to nutrition and lifestyle wellness.

This week I have
Tuesday at 5pm and 6pm virtually

Sunday Nourish & Plan

Before the week begins, I always like to take a little time to reset.

Not perfectly.

Not with a strict meal plan.

Not with pressure.

Just slowing down enough to ask myself:

What would help me feel more nourished this week?

Maybe that means preparing a few simple meals.

Drinking more water.

Getting outside more.

Going to bed earlier.

Adding more protein and fiber to meals.

Making tea instead of reaching for another cup of coffee.

Taking a walk after dinner.

Sometimes wellness begins with the smallest shifts practiced consistently.

As we move into a new week, remember that health is not built in one perfect meal or one perfect day. It is built through the rhythms and habits we return to over and over again.

This week I am focusing on:

More hydration

Balanced meals

Mineral-rich foods

Movement

Digestive support

Rest

And creating meals that actually satisfy me.

Inside my Nourish in Midlife Summer Series, we'll be talking a lot about these foundational wellness habits and how they support digestion, hormones, blood sugar balance, energy, and overall wellness during midlife.

And inside Nourished in the Kitchen, we continue practicing these habits together through recipes, classes, encouragement, and community.

As you prepare for the week ahead, I'd love to know:

What is one thing you want to focus on for your health this week?

Functional Friday: Let's Talk About Minerals

One thing I've been noticing more and more, both in my own wellness journey and in the women I work with, is how many of us are simply running on empty.

We're tired.

We're stressed.

We're juggling work, family, responsibilities, and trying to take care of everyone else while putting ourselves last.

Then we wonder why we're exhausted, craving sugar, feeling bloated, constipated, or struggling to stay hydrated.

While there is rarely one single cause, I often find that many women aren't getting enough of the nutrients and minerals their bodies need to function well.

Minerals play a role in so many things:

Energy production

Hydration

Digestion

Muscle function

Stress resilience

Hormone health

Blood sugar balance

When our bodies are depleted, we often feel it.

One of my favorite nourishing herbs is rose hips.

Rose hips are the fruit that develops after the rose flower blooms and have traditionally been used as a nutritive herb. I love adding them to teas because they provide gentle nourishment and pair beautifully with herbs like nettles, hibiscus, red raspberry leaf, and oatstraw.

Sometimes wellness isn't about finding the next miracle supplement.

Sometimes it's about coming back to the basics:

Eating nourishing foods.

Drinking enough water.

Supporting our bodies with herbs.

Getting outside.

Moving our bodies.

Managing stress.

Doing those simple things consistently.

These are exactly the kinds of conversations we'll be having inside Nourish in Midlife, my new 7-week summer wellness series beginning June 22nd.

We'll be talking about digestion, blood sugar balance, hydration, minerals, herbs, movement, stress, and creating sustainable habits that support women through midlife and beyond.

Applications are now open, and because this is a small group experience, enrollment is by application approval.

I'd love to hear from you.

Do you use herbs regularly, or is this something you're just beginning to explore?
