School is out and we’re excited to see everyone staying active this summer 

With that being said, it’s time to repost a few gym rules and reminders:

Stop by the front desk and check in BEFORE entering the gym floor

We offer a Membership for students home for the summer

Bringing a guest? Guest passes are $10 drop-in

Please re-rack your weights and clean equipment after use

Respect the gym, the staff, and other members

Let’s keep the gym fun, clean, and safe for everyone this summer

29 years in the fitness business and we’re still going STRONG.

I’ll keep this short and sweet… THANK YOU to all of our loyal members who have stayed with us through the years. You are appreciated, valued, and truly loved more than you know.

As we head toward 30 years, get ready… there are some exciting improvements coming (all for the good).
