Congratulations, BJ, on 30 Years of Service!
BJ DeCola is celebrating 30 years of service with Miller’s Health Systems.
BJ began his career with Miller’s in 1996 as an Administrator-in-Training at our Portage facility. During the first 18 months of his career, BJ took on assignments as an Assistant Administrator in Hobart, New Carlisle, and Plymouth.
In 1998, BJ was promoted to Administrator at our Wabash location and later served in leadership roles as an Administrator in Walkerton and Plymouth. After 23 years of faithfully serving our patients, families, and employees, BJ was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2019.
Throughout his career, BJ has demonstrated what it means to be a true servant leader. His dedication and commitment have made a positive impact on our residents, families, and employees. We at MHS are grateful for the leadership BJ has provided to Miller’s Health Systems over the past three decades.
