Sometimes, a dream is a person.

For National Dreams Are Possible Day, Janis got to experience something she had quietly wished for over the years.

Janis’s lifelong best friend, someone she hadn’t seen or been in contact with for nearly 20 years, came to surprise her. Janis has shared many times how much she missed her and wondered how she was doing. Today, she got the answer.

The moment they saw each other again was incredibly emotional. The smiles, the hugs, and the look on Janis’s face made it all worth it. After nearly two decades apart, it felt like no time had passed at all.

We are so grateful we could help make this dream a reality for Janis. Moments like this remind us why Live A Dream is so meaningful

The 50s came back to life at Paddock Springs! 🎶

Our 50s Diner Happy Hour was full of great music, good food, and plenty of fun. Our residents had a blast stepping back in time and enjoying the afternoon together! ❤️

We are pleased to welcome Stillwater Hospice, featuring guest speaker Cara, a certified grief counselor. Cara will present valuable resources and offer professional guidance on navigating the complexities of caring for a loved one living with dementia. We hope to see you there as we will provide refreshments and cookies!

🎓Back-to-School Season & Celebrating Our Graduate 🎉
With all the kids heading back to school, we thought it was the perfect time to celebrate one of our very own graduates at Paddock Springs!
When Rhonda first arrived, she was unsure what her recovery would look like, but in just a few short weeks, look at her now! Standing on her own, smiling as big as a rainbow, 🌈 and gaining strength and independence every day. 💪Rhonda has also decided to continue her journey with our outpatient therapy services so she can continue to keep getting stronger, more confident and independent! (She must really love our team 😉)
These are the stories that make what we do so rewarding 💙 we are so incredibly proud of her!

Around the World at Paddock Springs🌎

We had an amazing night traveling the globe with our residents and families! From crepes in France to tacos in Mexico, mocktails in Costa Rica, and painting in Italy. Every stop was filled with fun and laughter.

Paddock Springs brought the magic of the County Fair to life during Happy Hour! With live music, elephant ears, cotton candy, and snow cones, the fun was in full swing..our Life Enrichment Director even joined in as the corn! 🌽

Our residents enjoyed every moment, and so did we. Seeing their smiles is what it’s all about. We’re honored to serve such an incredible community every single day. ❤️

Team Member Spotlight: Desiree

At Trilogy, we are fortunate to have team members who go above and beyond to support others, and Desiree is a shining example of what it means to lead through service, compassion, and dedication.

As one of our CRCAs, Desiree took personal ownership of welcoming and supporting our new RCA students. She has invested her time and energy into mentoring them, helping them navigate their new roles, build confidence, and feel connected to our team from day one.

What makes Desiree’s efforts even more remarkable is the personal touch she brought to the experience. On her own initiative, she thoughtfully created personalized welcome boxes for each new student. These boxes were filled with practical supplies and encouraging gifts, including pens, sticky notes, snacks, facial masks, and other thoughtful items designed to make each student feel valued and supported.

Desiree’s actions reflect the very best of Trilogy’s culture—creating meaningful connections, fostering growth, and demonstrating genuine care for others. Her willingness to invest in the success and well-being of new team members has made a lasting impact and exemplifies servant leadership at its finest.
