We are excited to introduce Tony Owen, our Director of Operations!
Tony brings a strong background in behavioral health, recovery services, community outreach, and program development, along with a passion for creating meaningful connections and improving the quality of care provided to those we serve.

Throughout his career, Tony has worked alongside individuals, families, providers, and community organizations to strengthen access to services and support recovery. His experience includes crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, program development, stakeholder engagement, and community partnerships.

In his role as Director of Operations, Tony is committed to supporting our team, strengthening our programs and processes, and helping ensure we continue providing compassionate, high-quality, recovery-focused care to every individual who walks through our doors.

Please join us in welcoming Vana to Warsaw Recovery Center as our newest Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner! 💙

Vana brings experience in psychiatric assessments, medication management, crisis intervention, and patient-centered mental health care. With a strong background in inpatient psychiatric nursing and collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams, she is committed to supporting individuals with compassion, professionalism, and personalized care.
