echoingCONNECTIONS is a program of Echoing Hills Village Inc. Echoing Hills Village was founded to provide a premier Summer Camp experience for individuals with special needs. In the years since, our vision has expanded. We now provide premier recreational, residential, vocational, travel and educational services throughout the state of Ohio and internationally. All of these programs are in alignm

ent with our values: the right to choose, the dignity of each person, personal fulfillment in God's plan and a relationship with Jesus Christ. echoingCONNECTIONS seeks to maximize the independence of individuals with disabilities through skill development, vocational training as well as employment. We want to 'Revolutionize Lives' of people with special needs by helping them find a way to give back to their communities. Whether it is a local business or at a charity, there is a place where everyone can belong! Our Staff Appreciation Event was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the incredible team that makes Echoing Hills such a special place! ❤️

The afternoon was filled with great food, laughter, friendly competition, and recognition for the dedication of our amazing staff members. We enjoyed a delicious meal together, tested our skills with games like Tic Tac Throw and I've Got Your Back, and handed out gifts as a small token of our appreciation.

One of the highlights of the event was recognizing employees for their years of service. Congratulations to those celebrating 1, 5, 10, and 15 years of commitment to serving others and making a difference in the lives of the individuals we support. Your dedication, compassion, and hard work do not go unnoticed.

We even had a special guest in attendance—our newest member of the Echoing Hills work family! While the rest of us were busy eating, laughing, and playing games, this little guy spent most of the event doing what babies do best: sleeping right through it all. 💙👶

Thank you to every member of our team for the care, encouragement, and support you provide each day. We are truly blessed to work alongside such an outstanding group of people!

At Echoing Hills, one of our guiding mantras is "They Will Know Us By Our Fruit." Each month, we recognize team members who exemplify the Fruits of the Spirit through their actions, attitudes, and commitment to those we support.

We would like to congratulate all of our May Fruit of the Spirit nominees! Your kindness, patience, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, joy, peace, love, and goodness make a difference every single day. Thank you for being shining examples of what it means to serve others with heart.

🌟 A special shout-out goes to Carla and Tori, who led the way with an incredible 5 nominations each during the month of May! Your coworkers consistently recognized the positive impact you have on our individuals, your teammates, and our organization. What an amazing accomplishment!
