In the years since, our vision has expanded. We now provide premier recreational, residential, vocational, travel and educational services throughout the state of Ohio and internationally. All of these programs are in alignm

ent with our values: the right to choose, the dignity of each person, personal fulfillment in God's plan and a relationship with Jesus Christ. echoingCONNECTIONS seeks to maximize the independence of individuals with disabilities through skill development, vocational training as well as employment. We want to 'Revolutionize Lives' of people with special needs by helping them find a way to give back to their communities. One of the things we are most proud of isn’t just the work we do—it’s the kind of people who choose to do it.

Recently, one of our young employees experienced the heartbreaking and unexpected loss of her dad. It has been a very difficult time, and our hearts have been with her and her family.

Today, another one of our employees, Gabby, reminded us exactly what makes our team so special. She put together a beautiful “thinking of you” basket filled with snacks, flowers, and some of her coworker’s favorite things. She took the time to put it together and personally give it to her today.

There wasn’t a big announcement or any expectation of recognition. She simply saw someone she cared about hurting and wanted to do something to let her know she wasn’t alone.

We are so proud of Gabby—not just for the beautiful basket, but for the heart behind it. ❤️

These are the kind of people we are fortunate to have working here. People who look out for one another, show up for each other, and understand that sometimes the smallest act of kindness can mean the absolute most.

This is what makes a workplace a family. And this is the kind of people we want to be. ❤️

Last month, one of our individuals enjoyed a beautiful day at the Coshocton Sunflower Festival! 🌻 She took in the gorgeous scenery, enjoyed everything the festival had to offer, and made some sweet summer memories along the way.

When life gives you sunshine… find a field of sunflowers and make a day of it! 🌻😎

🎤 Just another day at the office… with LIVE entertainment! 😂🎶

Not many workplaces can say they offer free, personal serenading services, but apparently we do! 🤣 One of our individuals stopped by an employee’s office to put on a private concert—and judging by the performance, we may need to start taking reservations! 🎵🎤

No tickets. No cover charge. No request too big. Just good music, big personality, and plenty of smiles. ❤️

There's nothing better than celebrating a birthday by enjoying your favorite meal! 🎉🍽️

Our Dietary Department recently launched a fun new birthday tradition that gives each individual the opportunity to choose what everyone will enjoy for dinner during their birthday week! It's a simple way to celebrate, honor personal choice, and make birthdays even more special.

Last month, Jackie was the very first to take part in our new tradition, and she chose a delicious meal of beef roast with potatoes and carrots. It was a wonderful way to celebrate her special week, and the meal was enjoyed by everyone!

We can't wait to see what our next birthday chef chooses! 💙🎂

July brought LOTS of good fruit around here! 🍎🍊🍇

We’re excited to recognize all of our team members who received Fruit of the Spirit shout-outs from their coworkers throughout July! We were able to catch some of them with their certificates for a few well-deserved photos. 📸🏆 (A few of our recognized staff weren’t around when the camera came out, but we’re celebrating you too! 💛)
