Thanks for the following support and love for body positive, shame free living. Now that I live in Mexico. I no longer teach in person classes. And I miss it. I hope that will change, once I find my people.
Get your friends, family together for some quality time with yourself on the mat or chair.
BNaked Hatha Yoga is alway available in the comfort of your own home. We can connect as a private or group session $60 for an hour as many people you can get in front of the camera. Choose Chair yoga if getting up and down off the floor is difficult. Or practice Traditional Hatha Yoga on the mat. Yoga is a tool to find the peace and wellbeing that dwells inside of you. It's for your own personal freedom.
