WINS OF THE WEEK: 5/29

OLÉ!! 👠🔥

J is now 30.2 lbs down at week 16 — and here’s what she said:

“You have given me my life back. So many hours of my day back. Before I was too tired to live.”

😳 CRAZY!!

And what’s even crazier is that I’ve heard this MANY times!

So many lovely ladies being ready to head towards bed after being done w work for the day. 😣

NOT ANYMORE!! 🤩



C is 17.3 lbs and 2 SIZES down in 13 weeks!

And every morning when getting dressed she feels really good in her clothes. Really proud of herself. That’s not just fat loss. That’s a different relationship she’s creating w her body & herself.



S is craving-free at day 10. Her favorite dessert? Didn’t want it. Didn’t feel the need to have it. Once through her mitochondrial reconstruction Fat Burning characteristics get established FAST.



Someone asked me this week if anyone had ever noticed their VISION improving on this program. The answer is it CAN happen (more on that soon.). When discussing it w me C landed on, “…everything else is getting better so why not my vision.” 😂❤️



Another client needed to buy smaller underwear... and discovered that “no show” panties go straight up her butt when you don’t have the hips to hold them anymore. 🙃Needing new underwear is SAYING something!!



One client made it beyond 38 hours of fasting for the first time!



And me? The scale & my body fat is moving down. All of my experimentation to create change from a challenging place (active w not a lot of fat to lose, w no additional guidance from a resource who understands Fat Burning) has proved useful. My slow and steady efforts are paying off. 🙌

INFUSION BARS - Health or Hype?

Have you ever thought of getting an IV infusion of vitamins or minerals to give your health a bit of a boost?



No? Good.



Yes? You may wish to rethink such things.



The main reasons why Infusion Bars aren’t great is because:

- it’s not the safest way for our body to absorb nutrients

- the environment isn’t a clinical one, and isn’t guaranteed to be sterile

- to really be receiving vitamins/minerals at optimal levels - consistency is key (daily)

WINS OF THE (last) WEEK: 5/24

This community never stops blowing my mind.

M is down 48.5 lbs in 6.5 months — and the compliments are rolling in. Everything fits! So exciting!!

C has dropped 17.3 lbs in 13 weeks — from a size 12 to a size 8 — and says she’s so grateful to be back in her groove. She knows how good this feels now, & she’s on repeat proving to herself that she can keep up her easy Fat Burning behaviors forever.

S is just 1.5 weeks in and already down 5.2 lbs. actually more 😂, b/c we didn’t start evaluating until a bit after the start. ALL OK! And even MORE yay for the change that communicates. 🙌

And me? My slow, steady, adjustment (& consistent effort in that) is paying off too.
I love that this feels like a self loving series of choices w/in a powerful process that makes your body work differently. At any age or stage. 🙌🔥💪🏽



And probably the biggest WIN of my last week was opening UNBOUND’s NEW membership!

The focus is for Fat Burners to:

I met a young woman at a networking event recently who is already being intentional about her health.

So impressive!

However being intentional isn’t always enough — especially if the information you’re working w isn’t complete.

So I broke it down for her.

The Holy Trinity of Health:

Diet.

Exercise.

Pharmaceutical-grade vitamins & minerals.

And within diet alone, there’s a fork in the road:

- Higher fiber, higher carb, lower fat = solid, useful, works for many people.

Why is cortisol suddenly everyone’s cause for concern after 40?

Here’s what’s actually going on — estrogen used to buffer your cortisol response.

Now it doesn’t.

And if your body is still running on glucose, it’s using cortisol as an emergency key to raise blood sugar every time it needs energy. 😱

That’s a lot of cortisol. 😫

WINS OF THE WEEK: 5/16

Our Fat Burning Favorites cookbook is now complete (& will continue to be added to) which means (eek!) our membership is going to be slowly opened to interested Fat Burners!

This will be a place where all group activity will take place (quarterly BOOSTs, bi-annual RESETs), plus weekly teachings, form/pain management tutorials, an entire 4 phase progression through sub-par to optional health…& MORE.

Excited to have this space/place to continue to support Fat Burners FOREVER.

Almost 50 is feeling like just a number for ME! 🤪. I’ve wanted to see how I can tweak what I’ve been doing to create a shift in my body &…it’s happening! So much for age being a limitation. Fat Burning means it doesn’t have to be. 🙌

Averaging 1.86 lbs a week for over half a year!! AMAZING!!

Said my 34 yr old girlfriend when introducing me to another 34 year old girlfriend.

This stuff makes me laugh!

I find it so surprising and ridiculous.

I never think about my age.

And I certainly never think about it limiting me.

Or that I should look crappy, old, or be out of shape because of it. 🤪

I love having a body that feels good to be in, that functions well, that looks good, and that I feel like I can influence as I desire. 🙌

An older gentleman at the gym yesterday asked me how my health was.

Once again, I almost laughed!

I said it’s great!

I never think about it as well because the truth is I am ALWAYS 👀 thinking about it.

I reflected back that everything I do is for my body & my health.

Which at this stage in the game just feels easy and obvious.

I don’t like limits or assumptions or beliefs that feel like death sentences.

That’s what aging has sounded like to me.

Or rather being beyond some certain age.

Many moons ago, when my primary occupation was massage therapy I would hear people in EVERY decade bemoan & rationalize their pain b/c they were, “just getting old “.

Literally people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s…

And I called bu****it!

How you age/feel is a function of how you treat yourself.

Chronological age does not have to be the sole determinant of biological age.

(And I’m sure there are outliers in this capacity, but for the majority, no.)

Some people blame their genes for their physical shortcomings, and the truth is our genes matter most when we are young and less as we get older.

Anyhow, UNBOUND is soon to open a membership! 🎉
