WINS OF THE WEEK: 5/29

J is now 30.2 lbs down at week 16 — and here’s what she said:
“You have given me my life back. So many hours of my day back. Before I was too tired to live.”
😳 CRAZY!!
And what’s even crazier is that I’ve heard this MANY times!
So many lovely ladies being ready to head towards bed after being done w work for the day. 😣

C is 17.3 lbs and 2 SIZES down in 13 weeks!
And every morning when getting dressed she feels really good in her clothes. Really proud of herself. That’s not just fat loss. That’s a different relationship she’s creating w her body & herself.

And me? The scale & my body fat is moving down. All of my experimentation to create change from a challenging place (active w not a lot of fat to lose, w no additional guidance from a resource who understands Fat Burning) has proved useful. My slow and steady efforts are paying off. 🙌
