I spend my mornings with the bumbles. They’re loving the spotted bee balm (monarda punctata) right now. There’s something about the frequency of their pollination buzz (somewhere around 270hz) that is so relaxing and has become a ritual part of my day.

Learning to be in flow state.

Bends in the river are inevitable.

We shift as we need to keep navigating.

Changes are on the horizon once again for Sacred Soul Care. I have a lot of decisions to make and details to work out in the next weeks but want to let you all know that September will be my last month practicing in the Illuminating Holistic space with Natalie. She is ready to open her calendar and expand her client list, which is great news for everyone because she is SO GOOD at what she does!

I will forever be grateful to Natalie for inviting me to share space with her in January, for believing so deeply in what I do, and giving me the opportunity to move my practice to Washburn, I fell in love with this community when I first visited 10 years ago this month, and it has been a lovely shift for my practice to be there the last 8 months. I will also always be one of Natalie’s biggest cheerleaders and can’t wait to see what she does! 👏🏽

I’m on the hunt for a part time space to rent and want to stay in Washburn, I have a couple of leads and will keep you all posted as I figure it all out!

I really do get this excited! 😊 This work isn’t all serious, in fact there is MUCH room for humor and laughter in the healing process.

I know I have been quiet on here for awhile now, and it’s intentional. The less time I spend on social media and “marketing” my practice, the more aligned I am with the things I believe in deeply, and the things I teach my clients, and the more connected to Spirit I feel.

Spirit has never guided me to spend more time posting on social media to grow my practice, that noise comes from elsewhere. I’m learning to trust that the folks who are meant to find healing through me will be led my way, and it has opened the door to many new faces and some amazing moments on the table.

I am so honored to hold space for your healing journey. I am grateful for all of you!
