To the woman who knows she’s meant for more,

I didn't create the Lumina Vida Experience because I wanted to host another retreat.

I created it because Egypt reorganized something inside of me.

There was a version of me that boarded the plane to there...
..and another version that stepped off when I got home.

Softer. More devoted. More alive. A perspective that shifted faster than I could adjust my eyes.

It wasn't only the places and people that changed me. It was who I became because of them.

I have spent months asking myself, How do you share something that can't really be explained?

How do you invite someone into an experience that isn't measured by the places you visit, but by the woman you become while you're there?

The answer became Lumina Vida.

A pilgrimage through beauty, devotion, and soul remembrance.

A journey intentionally designed to nourish the body, quiet the mind, awaken the heart, and create space for the kind of transformation that doesn't ask you to become someone new, only to remember the woman you've always been.

Because somewhere along the way, I realized something.

Healing isn't always found in doing more. Sometimes it's found in surrounding yourself with breathtaking beauty.

In slowing down enough to hear your own heart again.

In allowing yourself to receive.

In remembering that awe and wonder aren’t something we simply admire.

It's something we experience.

It's something we become.

For me, this radiance, this awe became the medicine.

And that's exactly what I wanted to create for you.

I've learned that transformation rarely comes from one profound realization.

It's practicing listening to your intuition instead of your fear.
