🤩 Disfrutamos de una actividad con el health coaching team ! No escapamos pero nos divertimos 😅😅

Y así, entre cumpleaños, saliditas con amigas, presentaciones, talleres y actividades que me mantienen enfocada en seguir creciendo como Health coach corporativo se me fue el mes !!

One of my favorite parts about being a business owner is to be able to participate in this events with like minded people who are also passionate about their craft and their business.

Thank you for another Annual Diversity Match Maker event I love to collaborate with you guys, you are an amazing team and community, everyone involved today enjoyed from beginning to end 🙌

This week the name for PCOS changed to PMOS

Why the change matters ?

It is moving forward when it comes to understanding the comprehensive nature of the diagnosis.

The new name Poliendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome allows patient experience for education and long term management for better treatment options for prevention and risk reduction.

Health coaching is a support when it comes to a better understanding of this medical concept changes but more than anything it offers a safe space for patients to learn, share and develop a better understanding of their health and the care they need.

And this is why I asked you if you are a women that has been diagnosed with PCOS what do you thing this name change would mean to you moving forward when it comes to treatment and care?

Running the D was amazing from start to finish, but the best of all was to run again with my favorite Coach of all times 🙌

🏃🏻 🏃🏻‍♀️ As a runner I suggest don’t skip the opportunity of running with your partner have fun together and more than anything let yourself get out of your comfort zone, believe me, is worth it 😉
