The concept of "weak spots" in the human body isn't about secret targets, but about how balance, awareness, and movement are regulated. Some areas play a bigger role in coordination, so even minor disruption there can affect control more than raw strength ever could.

Many of these zones are sensitive because they're packed with nerves. The eyes, nose, jaw, and ears are closely tied to orientation and reflex response, so sudden interference can overwhelm sensory input. This can briefly disturb focus, timing, and reaction speed rather than cause lasting pain.

Other regions influence posture and breathing. The neck, diaphragm, and core help maintain rhythm and stability, which is why impact or pressure there can knock the body out of alignment. It's often a loss of flow, not force, that creates the effect.

Joints also matter. Wrists, elbows, knees, and ankles are designed for specific ranges of motion, not for resisting force from unnatural angles. When stressed that way, balance and mobility drop quickly, making smooth movement difficult.
