I used to come home from the farmers’ market with more than I could possibly use. The intention was good. But the follow-through? Not always. 😅�
Food waste is one of the biggest environmental issues we aren’t talking about enough. Nearly 120 billion pounds goes to waste in the U.S. every year. �
So I’m using Earth Month to check in on my habits… ��Here’s what I’ve learned: a little creativity goes a long way, using every last part can be fun, and nothing has to be tossed, it just needs a second life.�
