I used to come home from the farmers’ market with more than I could possibly use. The intention was good. But the follow-through? Not always. 😅�
Food waste is one of the biggest environmental issues we aren’t talking about enough. Nearly 120 billion pounds goes to waste in the U.S. every year. �
So I’m using Earth Month to check in on my habits… ��Here’s what I’ve learned: a little creativity goes a long way, using every last part can be fun, and nothing has to be tossed, it just needs a second life.�

I’m back! It has been way too long, and I’ve missed connecting with all of you. 🫶

This past year was the most challenging of my life. There was a lot of loss and grief that turned my world upside down.

Losing a parent is unlike any experience I have ever had, which comes from the love I’m so lucky to have shared with my dad. I know many of you understand.

I’m grateful for this time to reflect and heal. I’ve learned all sorts of lessons, insights, and a deeper appreciation for health, happiness, and this precious life. 🙏

Now, we have lots of catching up to do!

Who else is ready to stress less this season?!

I know we all could use a big old dose of relaxation, which is why I’m hosting a FREE 3-day online retreat called Stress Less, Live Free.

Stress is so prevalent in our lives, we start to believe it’s our natural state. And that’s just not true!

While some stress is unavoidable, a lot of it is self-imposed and unnecessary. (Hello food guilt!)

So even if you’re crazy-busy with a mile long to-do list, I invite you to take a midday breather, to reset, recalibrate, and realign to your natural state of calm.

We said goodbye to our sweet boy Monty this weekend. 💔

To know Monty was to love him. He had the biggest personality and was both goofy and sensitive at the same time.

He was the most expressive pup I have ever known. He sang to us every time we walked through the door, and his soulful brown eyes spoke volumes and melted my heart without a word.

With the purest love comes the deepest sadness. It never gets easier, but it’s always a gift to be able to share life with a dog. They teach us so much about love, loyalty, and letting go…

As hard as it is, I know Monty is at peace and reunited with his mama Cadence. I hope in doggy heaven there are soft pillowy beds, bouncy balls, and an abundant supply of his favorite snacks.

Thank you for always welcoming Monty here and letting him share his life lessons on his birthday each year.

RIP, my angel. You will always be in our hearts. ♥️🦋
