Our beautiful 20-year-old patient, who is 5’8” and 130 lbs, came to us with concerns about having a smaller breast size since puberty. At the time of her consultation, she wore a 32AA and hoped to achieve a fuller 32B to small C cup while maintaining a natural, proportionate result.

After a thoughtful consultation, our board-certified plastic surgeons recommended a bilateral breast augmentation using 340 cc Motiva implants on both sides.

During her consultation, she expressed a preference for placement above the muscle for ease of recovery. The potential benefits of submuscular placement for future mammography were also carefully discussed so she could make a fully informed decision.

Her implants were inserted through incisions within the inframammary folds - the natural creases beneath the breasts - using a Keller Funnel and no-touch technique.

Her surgery was performed in April, and these photos show her beautiful results at four months post-op. We are so grateful she trusted our team with her journey and thrilled to see her enjoying a fuller shape that beautifully complements her frame. 💗

Happy Wednesday 💗💕

Reviews like this mean the world to us. 💗

From the first conversation to the final stages of recovery, our goal is for every patient to feel informed, supported, heard, and genuinely cared for.

We are so grateful to this patient for taking the time to share such a thoughtful reflection on their experience with Dr. Lauren Patrick and the entire WWPS team.
Knowing they felt supported throughout their surgery, recovery, and every question along the way is exactly why we do what we do.

Thank you to every patient that has allowed us to be a part of their journey. Happy Tuesday 💕✨

3 months post-op ✨💕

Our beautiful patient in her early 20s came to us for a breast reduction consultation after experiencing macromastia since puberty. Wearing a 32 DDD/G/H cup, she struggled with neck and upper back pain, along with significant discomfort while jogging due to the weight and movement of her breasts.

Macromastia is the medical term for disproportionately large breasts that may contribute to physical symptoms and interfere with exercise and everyday activities. As an active and fit young woman, she wanted a reduction that would feel comfortable, balanced, and proportionate to her body.

Our surgeons recommended a bilateral breast reduction with liposuction (on her bra line) on both sides, with 30 mL of lipoaspirate removed per side. We like to think about it as an added bonus because it goes hand in hand with a great outcome. Therefore, we add liposuction to help contour the areas beside the breasts and create a smoother, more natural & more balanced result.

Her surgery was performed in May, and these photos were taken on August - approximately three months post-op. She is incredibly happy with her results, and seeing her feel more comfortable and confident while doing the activities she loves is truly special. We are beyond grateful that she trusted our team with her breast reduction journey.

Not every tummy tuck is about removing a significant amount of skin or fat. Sometimes, the real transformation happens beneath the surface.

This beautiful patient in her early 40s was already in great shape with minimal excess skin. After having children, she developed diastasis recti - a notable separation of the re**us abdominis muscles measuring approximately three to four centimeters. This separation caused her abdomen to appear rounded, creating the appearance of still being pregnant.

Many patients have no idea this is happening. They may spend hours in the gym, focus on nutrition and even complete physical therapy without realizing that muscle concern is the underlying issue. Sometimes, you can do all the right things, but at times the best solution requires surgical intervention. This is why patient education is so important.

She wanted her clothing to fit differently and to feel more comfortable and confident in her body. Her abdominoplasty allowed us to repair the diastasis recti, restore support to her abdominal wall and create a more balanced contour - especially visible from the side and three-quarter views.

Her incision was placed low, and her scar will continue to soften, flatten and fade as she heals. Her surgery was performed in January, and these after photos were taken in June, five months post-op.

She is so happy with her transformation, and we are incredibly grateful she trusted us to be part of this meaningful journey. 🤝✨

A surgery can be truly life-changing and every patient deserves to feel safe, seen, respected, and supported throughout their journey. 💗✨

This amazing patient in his mid-20s came to WWPS seeking top surgery. Based on the amount of breast tissue and degree of ptosis, a double-incision mastectomy with ni**le grafting was planned as part of his gender-affirming care. The ni**le grafts were carefully thinned and positioned to create a natural, balanced chest.

For our surgeons, this journey is about so much more than a before & after. It is about listening to each patient, understanding their goals, and creating an environment where they feel protected and cared for every step of the way.We are incredibly grateful to this patient for trusting our team with such a personal and meaningful chapter of his life. It is a privilege to be part of a journey that can help someone feel more at home in their body. 💗🏳️‍🌈

This beautiful patient in her mid-40s and a mother came to us ready to do something for herself. 💗

At her consultation, she was wearing a 34DD and shared that she was happy with her natural breast volume, but wanted a lifted, more youthful shape. She was comfortable becoming slightly smaller - around a 34D or C cup - while maintaining proportions that felt natural to her body.

A breast reduction with a bilateral breast lift was performed to reduce excess volume while lifting and reshaping the breasts for a more balanced result.

For so many mothers, choosing to prioritize themselves can be an incredibly personal decision. We are grateful she trusted our team with this chapter of her journey and allowed us to help create a result that still feels completely like her - just lifted, balanced, and beautifully refreshed.

Every patient has a different story, and it is always a privilege to be part of it. 💗

A weight-loss journey can transform so much and for many patients, body contouring is the next chapter. Grateful that our patient is letting us share her personal journey. 💕💗

This incredible patient in her mid-to-late 40s came to us after a significant weight-loss journey. At 5’4” with a BMI of 24, she felt she had reached her ideal, stable weight after previously reaching a highest weight of 250 lbs and undergoing gastric bypass surgery 10 years ago.

During her consultation, her goal was clear: she wasn’t looking to change her body into something different, she wanted to address the excess skin left behind by significant weight loss and create a natural, balanced contour that still felt like her. She was very happy with her breast volume but desired a lifted, perkier appearance. She also wanted to improve skin laxity and excess tissue throughout her abdomen, arms, thighs, and torso.

Her comprehensive post-weight-loss body contouring surgery included:
✨Extended breast lift with bra-line liposuction
✨Circumferential torsoplasty
✨Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and mid-back

Every surgical plan is designed around the individual patient - their anatomy, their journey, and what they hope to achieve. For this patient, the focus was creating a natural, harmonious silhouette while preserving the features she already loved.

We are incredibly grateful she trusted Washington Women Plastic Surgery to be part of this next chapter. 💗

This beautiful young woman in her early 20s came to us for a breast reduction after struggling to find a graduation dress she felt confident in because her breasts felt so large compared to the rest of her body.
