12 Days Post-Op, and already looking more refreshed! 👀

Under-eye bags and sagging skin can sometimes create a tired appearance, even when you’re feeling well-rested.

This patient came to Dr. Nye with concerns about sagging and puffiness beneath his eyes. To address these concerns, Dr. Nye performed a lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting, helping create a smoother transition between the lower eyelids and cheeks.

The procedure was performed using a transconjunctival approach, meaning the lower eyelid incisions were made internally, leaving no visible external lower eyelid incision scars.

At just 12 days post-op, his under-eye area already appears smoother and less puffy, giving him a brighter, more rested appearance. And these are still early results, with healing and refinement continuing over the coming weeks and months! 🙌

A Harvard-trained, Double Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Gardenier attended medical school at the University of Virginia, completed his general surgery residency at Weill Cornell, and went on to train in plastic surgery at Harvard.

After spending the last four years practicing in Maine, Dr. Gardenier has returned home to Washington, DC, bringing his experience and expertise in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body to WEPS.

A subtle change can make a beautiful difference! 👄

This 50-year-old patient came to Dr. Wang looking to improve the appearance of her upper lip. After years of lip filler treatments, she began noticing that she was no longer achieving the look she wanted. Her goal was to increase visible pink lip, improve overall proportions, and achieve a natural-looking result without appearing overdone.

Dr. Wang performed an Upper Lip Lift to shorten the distance between the nose and upper lip, increase visible lip show, and improve overall lip symmetry.
