Dr. Shoumak Bhattacharya, a graduate of Jagiellonian University School of Medicine, recently completed intensive four-week clinical rotations in Internal Medicine and Neurology. These experiences provided her with valuable hands-on exposure to the comprehensive, fast-paced, and specialized fields of internal medicine and neurological care within a U.S. clinical setting.
Under the supervision of experienced, board-certified physicians, Dr. Bhattacharya gained comprehensive clinical experience across multiple aspects of patient care. His clinical responsibilities included obtaining detailed medical histories, conducting clinical evaluations, presenting patients, participating in diagnostic assessments, interpreting clinical findings, and developing evidence-based management plans. Through her rotations in Internal Medicine and Neurology, he strengthened his understanding of a broad range of medical conditions, diagnostic approaches, and treatment strategies while gaining insight into the collaborative nature of multidisciplinary patient care.
These immersive clinical experiences further enhanced Dr. Bhattacharya’s clinical knowledge, diagnostic reasoning, and medical decision-making skills.
