You spend so much time holding everything together for everyone else. But who holds space for you?

This small, closed therapeutic group is designed for women navigating emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, overfunctioning, and the invisible weight of constantly caring for others. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore emotionally in community with women who truly understand.

This is not about “doing more.”
It’s about learning how to breathe again, set down the weight, and care for yourself with the same compassion you give to everyone else.

✨ Small group setting
✨ Supportive therapeutic environment
✨ Connection, reflection, and restoration
✨ A space where you don’t have to carry it all alone

You deserve support too.

Since 1992, April has served as National Stress Awareness Month. Yet, despite decades of awareness, many men still treat stress as a badge of honor or an unavoidable side effect of success. Society often conditions men to swallow pressure and push forward. But white-knuckling your way through life h...

Ditch the guilt of broken resolutions this year! Dr. Gregory Jones suggests a new approach for 2026: switch from "resolutions" to "solutions." Instead of overwhelming goals like "get fit," focus on small, actionable steps—like a 20-minute daily walk.

This year, Dr. Gregory Jones, psychologist and director of the Capital Center for Psychotherapy and Wellness, suggests a different approach. Instead of making heavy, intimidating resolutions, try focusing on simple, actionable solutions.

The holiday season, often portrayed as a time of joy and togetherness, can feel isolating for many. According to the American Psychological Association’s “Stress in America 2025” survey, half of U.S. adults report signs of loneliness, including emotional disconnection and isolation.

🎄 Holiday Mental Health Reminder

The holidays are not joyful for everyone, and that’s okay.

If this season feels heavy, overwhelming, or complicated, you’re not alone.
Give yourself permission to:

✨ Set boundaries
✨ Rest without guilt
✨ Step away when you need space
✨ Honor grief and mixed emotions
✨ Say “no” to protect your peace

Your well-being matters even during the holidays. 💛
Take care of yourself gently.
