Facial balancing with dermal fillers. Jawline definition and pre jowl sulcus help define the neck /mandibular boarder for more definition and hide pre jowling. A simple 20 minutes was all it took to make these changes.
We can also liposuction the jowl area very easily under local anesthesia. Jowls are a combination loss of ligament support , fat decent and some cases hypertrophy, loss of mandible bone structure, smas laxity and loss of collagen in the skin. We also treated her cheeks to give a more youthful midface volume
