Sometimes forehead, acne, and definitely scalp acne can be caused by shampoo and the product you’re using.

So I also sent her out with some SEEN shampoo and conditioner to use until her face calms down.

I love PCA in the versatility that the line gives and it’s great for acne, and there are a lot of different things you can do with the different product products and you can customize even within someone’s face!

Now I have moved on to her neck. She has gauze on her cheeks because she was oozing a bit. She has vascularity and a some rosacea and it’s not unusual for patients with vascularity to ooze during or after their Ultraclear is over.

Starting an Ultraclear out. It’s a little noisy with the smoke evacuator and the Zimmer chiller if you want it.

Yes, I am treating her lips. There are settings for that. This is my Ultraclear trainer and she gave me the settings for that. It plumps the lips , defines the vermilion border and makes them pinker.

One of the best trainings I have ever been to. I highly recommend The Aesthetic Immersion ! I would not hesitate to do another training here. Very organized, amazing to get instruction from these two! So very, very knowledgeable! I do these to makes myself a better and safer injector!

It was great to meet other injectors from around the country!

This my neck post 2 Ultraclears.
1. 10/17/2025: Regular Laser Coring 0.75 mm, 3% coverage under the jaw and down the center, Ultra mode 1% coverage 500 microns.

2. 7/10/2026: I did a deeper 3D Miracl: 20 microns, 1 ring and I used the Glide mode.

There is a difference. Less lax in the middle and if you look at my chin, the scars are less deep. I just noticed that in putting the pictures together. I did Laser coring Elite 0.5mm and Ultra Mode 500 microns on my Chin in April of this year!

Tamara the day after her Cellenis PRP , AKA Friday. Her under eye and lip swelling went down rapidly. She is just not a big sweller
Again it varies by patient how much swelling occurs.
She will get an improvement I the volume and texture of her under eyes and lips over the next few months.
She will need to do a second treatment on her under eyes in 2-3 months to get staying power of the dermafiller because it is an autologous biological.
