One of the best investments I’ve made for my recovery has been my infrared sauna with red light therapy from . ❤️

Personally, I love it for recovery, relaxation, and the quality of sleep I get afterward. As someone who trains regularly, I’m always looking for ways to support my body beyond just workouts and nutrition, and this has become one of my favorite tools.

Picked the most flexible in the house to stretch with 🤣💁🏻‍♀️

Am I right or am I right? 😂

The older I get, the more I realize how important mobility, stretching, and simply taking care of your body really are… and I’m only in my 30s 😅

Strength is important, but so is staying mobile, moving well, and keeping your body feeling good for the long run 💪🏼

Saw this trend and it gave me such a laugh, so I had to recreate it 😂 Hope this gives you a little chuckle too 😊😆
