Founded in 1954, Lifeline Partnership has grown into an organization that serves the spiritual and the social needs of people with developmental disabilities. These important spiritual and social needs are often overlooked in favor of the more apparent physical needs of people with disabilities, leaving this population unable to self-actualize and putting many at risk for depression and social iso

lation. Our mission is to provide a supportive, nurturing environment for the personal growth of people with developmental disabilities. Our programs include our core Faith and Friends Sunday School and other religious programs, social activities, advocacy, family support, and community outreach.

It is with great sadness that I share the unexpected passing of Mr. Robert Kennedy on Saturday, May 23, 2026. Robert was not only a dear friend and mentor, but also a dedicated trainer, advocacy leader, and a powerful self-advocate whose impact touched countless lives.

Please keep in your thoughts and prayers Robert’s friends, peers, coworkers, staff, and participants of , RCM of Washington Inc, , DC Project Action, Special Olympics , and Lifeline Partnership.

Robert’s passion, kindness, and unwavering commitment to others will be deeply missed, but his legacy will continue to inspire us all. 💙
