The rules that got you promoted aren't the rules that will get you paid for what you know.
In employment, credibility is assigned. You earn it through titles, tenure, certifications.
Someone above you decides your worth.
In entrepreneurship (and in coaching) credibility is perceived.
Your future clients decide.
And they're deciding based on how clearly you communicate your expertise, not how many years you've had it.
Same knowledge. Completely different game.
The professionals struggling to grow their coaching practice aren't struggling because they lack expertise.
They're struggling because nobody taught them how to make their expertise visible to the right people.
That's the gap. And it's closeable.
đź’ś Save this if you've ever felt like your experience isn't being recognized for what it's actually worth.
