I wanted to make this as comprehensive as possible so you walk away with a deep understanding of histamine - because, trust me, explaining to people why I stopped eating leftovers (even just a day old) or cut out so many healthy foods like bananas or eggplant was, um.. annoying/frustrating/a test of my higher self 🙄
But the itching was so physically and mentally exhausting that I stopped caring what anyone thought or overexplaining myself. Thank GAWD.
