A Public Health Emergency has been issued in the Northern Mariana Islands and Guam due to a Typhoon. A State of Emergency has been issued in Alabama and Florida due to Tropical Storm Isaias. A FEMA Declaration has been issued in Nevada due to a wildfire. If you are impacted by the emergency or have questions regarding precertification/prior approval, please call us at 1-800-593-2354. You can also call the Disaster Distress Helpline at 1-800-985-5990.
