I used to think if I could just be more disciplined, everything would fall into place.

"I do my best work in the morning." That's what I told myself.

What I didn't want to admit was that I was mentally checked out by 2:30pm every single day. Forgetting things. Misplacing things. Keeping my composure on the outside while everyone around me was getting on my last nerve on the inside.
